B.W. Kennedy & Co., a construction management company, partnered with King Street Properties to develop a new biomanufacturing campus. The site was expansive, over 700k sq ft with plans for 5 buildings — and its impact was critical. Despite being a speculative project, B.W. Kennedy and their partners were building the missing link for biotech tenants from all over the world. With strict requirements for an ultra-clean space, hospital-grade air filtration systems, advanced security and more; the team needed an easy way to share updates with stakeholders, monitor progress and track additional regulations necessary for the speciality project.
