      HOW TO FILL IN THE GAPS

      After helping an owner of a warehouse sell out tenant space, and recouping thousands for an investor in a separate project, Cameran’s ready to impress his next boss. Watch the interview below to see why more than 5,000 clients have brought him onto their projects.

      Owner: Hi Cameran. You’ve been the talk of the office around here lately! Seems like you might be able to help us fill the gaps…

      Cameran: I’m glad you think so! I’m known for helping everyone on the team, whether that means saving time in a meeting or flagging risks before they become real issues.

      Owner: I like that you’re proactive. I’m looking for someone who can help identify potential delays that would impact our go-to-market plan.

      Cameran: I completely understand, this is your investment and you need to know when something significant happens. I can set custom notifications and alerts around weather, activity and more so you know if there are unexpected slow-downs.

      Owner: Interesting… But there’s also a lot of people who need regular updates for this project. How can you help with that?

      Cameran: I can create private and public access links and add as many users or even companies to your project cameras. I can even schedule automated time-lapses and share reports on progress.

      Owner: What kind of reports? Your resume shows you are a business analyst as well. What does that mean?

      Cameran: I utilize artificial intelligence to analyze images and detect activity, safety compliance and more. I instantly generate charts that show the impact of weather on productivity and flag potential safety violations. It’s a way I can help the team see, understand and take action on the jobsite at the right time.

      Owner: Wow… that sounds like it’ll help cut a lot of the communication gaps we’ve been having…What else can you bring to the table?

      Cameran: Many of my previous bosses have said I’ve helped them recapture the costs of unforeseen conditions. For example, when a retaining wall fell after construction, my documentation showed who was actually liable for the mistake. Ultimately, that put thousands back in my client’s pocket.

      Owner: It says here that you’ve even helped some of your clients double their investment. You can do all that and marketing?

      Cameran: Yes ma’am. I can turn your jobsite progress into a slideshow or instant time-lapse you can share anywhere. Plus, I make cinematic time-lapses after the job’s done – which helped a former boss of mine secure a significant deal with a new investor. I have what you need to win over clients and stun stakeholders.

      Owner: Cameran… it sounds like you’ll be the eyes I need on the jobsite.
