How long are my images and video stored?

Your images and time-lapses are stored in our cloud for as long as you need. Sapphire camera systems also include a 128GB on-board memory to store video recordings for 30 days.

Do Sapphire camera systems have a battery backup?

When connected to solar power, Sapphire camera systems has access to a 5-day battery backup.

What solar panel size should I use for streaming or security?

Sapphire camera systems are compatible with any of our solar options. However, a larger panel may be best to support the energy needed for live streaming.

Do Sapphire camera systems have night-vision?

Our 8MP Static model includes infrared capabilities, but while our cameras can work in low-lighting settings, we recommend additional lighting to capture details clearly.

What are my options for security monitoring using Sapphire camera systems?

All Sapphire camera systems include motion detection for self-monitored security alerts. You can choose to work with a professional monitoring service that starts at $95 a month, or add threat deterrence hardware that helps support common Builder’s Risk Insurance requirements.

What are the camera configuration options for Sapphire MultiCam?
