ATLANTA, July 14, 2016 – For the fifth consecutive year, OxBlue Corporation, a leading construction camera service provider, is ranked among the 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® in the Atlanta area.
Best and Brightest recognition is awarded to “influential, trend-setting” organizations that score highest in a competitive review of practices that enhance workplace conditions for employees, according to the program’s sponsor, the National Association for Business Resources (NABR).
“Our innovative corporate culture, which welcomes employee ideas and creativity and makes team members feel appreciated, is as important to us as the innovation that distinguishes OxBlue in the construction camera industry,” said OxBlue CEO Chandler McCormack. “We are honored to be recognized for investing in our employees and to earn this prestigious award continually, even as we strive relentlessly to improve our work environment.”
OxBlue’s award nomination cited the company’s program that encourages, evaluates and adopts employee ideas for improving the company — any part of the company, from internal processes and employee resources, to community investment and customer service strategy.
- Compensation and benefits
- Work-life balance
- Employee development, engagement, and retention
- Recognition of individual and team achievements
- Strategic company performance
Best and Brightest award winners are selected based on a rigorous two-pronged assessment: a company HR survey and an employee survey, each measuring variables such as compensation and benefits, work-life balance, strategic company performance, diversity and employee education, recognition and retention.
Participating companies receive a complimentary assessment report and additional benefits throughout the year. NABR provides companies with valuable data, benchmarked practices and other resources including workshops and case studies.
NABR also honored OxBlue with a Community Initiatives Award, reflecting the company’s commitment to improving the local community through company and employee volunteerism, financial contributions, sponsorships, service on nonprofit boards and other engagement.
